• Invitation To Succeed LLC may retain records, notes, transcripts, and related materials for business, legal, administrative, quality assurance, and recordkeeping purposes.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Invitation To Succeed LLC respects client confidentiality and will make reasonable efforts to protect private information shared during coaching engagements.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for:

Clients are encouraged to exercise discretion when sharing sensitive information.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Certain services may utilize third-party platforms, including:

FORCE MAJEURE
