Invitation To Succeed LLC is committed to providing high-quality coaching services, assessments, workshops, training programs, digital products, and educational resources. Due to the nature of these services and products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

ALL SALES FINAL

All purchases made through Invitation To Succeed LLC, including but not limited to coaching services, assessments, workshops, training programs, digital products, downloadable resources, courses, recordings, memberships, and educational materials, are considered final and non-refundable.

By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

COACHING SERVICES

Coaching services require significant preparation, scheduling, intellectual property, and professional expertise.

Once coaching services have been scheduled, initiated, delivered, or partially completed, no refunds will be provided for any portion of the service.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and participating fully in the coaching process. Lack of participation, change of circumstances, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with personal results do not constitute grounds for a refund.

ASSESSMENTS

All assessment purchases, including but not limited to Everything DiSC®, CliftonStrengths®, The Five Behaviors®, and any related reports, assessments, profiles, or digital access codes, are non-refundable once access has been granted, codes have been issued, or materials have been delivered.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND ONLINE COURSES

Digital products, downloadable resources, workbooks, templates, recordings, online courses, educational content, and other electronically delivered materials are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, no refunds will be provided after purchase.

WORKSHOPS, EVENTS, AND TRAINING PROGRAMS

Registration fees for workshops, training programs, live events, virtual events, and educational programs are non-refundable.

If Invitation To Succeed LLC cancels an event, participants may be offered a refund, credit, transfer, or alternative solution at the sole discretion of Invitation To Succeed LLC.

ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES

If a purchase was made in error, customers must notify Invitation To Succeed LLC in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase at info@invitationtosucceed.com.

Requests submitted within this timeframe may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund request remains solely at the discretion of Invitation To Succeed LLC.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a purchase, clients agree to contact Invitation To Succeed LLC directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through their financial institution.

Invitation To Succeed LLC reserves the right to provide this policy, purchase records, communications, signed agreements, attendance records, and proof of product delivery in response to any payment dispute.

EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be granted only when required by applicable law or when Invitation To Succeed LLC determines, in its sole discretion, that extraordinary circumstances warrant an exception.

No verbal statements, emails, marketing materials, testimonials, or representations shall be interpreted as modifying this policy unless expressly agreed to in writing by Invitation To Succeed LLC.
