Clearer priorities.
Stronger progress.
Four focused, two-hour working sessions to help ambitious professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders reassess priorities, strengthen follow-through, and build a practical plan for each quarter. Create progress that fits both your goals and your capacity.
Make space to reassess.
Choose where to focus.
As your responsibilities change, your priorities need attention. A quarterly pause helps you recognize what has shifted and decide where your time and energy will make the greatest difference.
You start with good intentions. Then meetings multiply. Priorities compete. Other people's needs get louder. The plan that once felt clear slowly becomes something you keep meaning to return to.
You may be meeting immediate demands while the goals that matter to you receive less attention.
The Annual Performance Series gives you a regular opportunity to reassess.
Each quarter, we examine your progress, identify what needs to change, and build a realistic plan around your current goals, strengths, and responsibilities.
- Get out of reaction mode and regain perspective.
- Separate real priorities from noise, pressure, and habit.
- Identify the habits, expectations, or decisions limiting progress.
- Turn insight into specific decisions, actions, and dates.
- Adjust your commitments as your priorities and capacity change.
Understand the pattern.
Build your next steps.
Each working session brings our Uncover, Leverage, Apply approach to your next 90 days. Examine what is limiting progress, identify strengths and resources you can use more effectively, and translate your decisions into milestones and actions. The session moves through reflection, assessment, decisions, planning, and commitments.
Focused support for each stage of your year.
Each quarter addresses a different priority: setting direction, improving execution, pursuing growth, and preparing for the year ahead.

What you may be wondering.
Is this coaching or a workshop?
It combines guided reflection, coaching, and dedicated planning time. You work on your own priorities during the session and build your next-quarter plan using the provided framework.
Do I need to join at the beginning of the year?
No. Each quarter works as a standalone experience, so you can begin with the most relevant session. The Annual Pass is best for those who want the continuity of stepping back, recalibrating, and rebuilding their plan throughout the full year.
What can I focus on during the session?
Your focus can include your career, business, leadership, income, personal growth, health, capacity, or the intersection of several areas. The framework is consistent; the decisions and plan are yours.
What is the difference between group and private?
The group experience offers shared perspective, facilitated coaching, and structured work in a small room. The private experience is fully customized, confidential, and allows the entire session to center on your specific goals, patterns, decisions, and roadmap.
Will I receive a recording?
Because the sessions are interactive and may include personal discussion, live attendance is strongly recommended. Recording availability and privacy boundaries will be confirmed for each session before enrollment.
Is this a replacement for private coaching?
No. This is ideal when you benefit from strategic recalibration every 90 days. Private coaching is the better choice when you need deeper transformation, weekly support, sustained accountability, or help navigating a significant transition.
Give your next quarter

Take time to review your progress, choose your priorities, and build the habits and actions that will support them. Begin with one quarter or create a rhythm for the full year.
